Do you have a physical bakery location?
No, we don’t have a physical bakery location. Instead, we focus on delivering our homemade-style baked goods straight to your doorstep in the Baton Rouge area.

Shipping & Returns Policy
Do you ship?
ABSOLUTELY! We ship our delectables all over the United States, however we haven’t made it across the international waters just yet. In order to ensure that you receive the BEST from us, we only ship once your order has been made. In other words, our products don’t sit on the shelf waiting for find a good home. Each order is prepared once the order is placed!!
Why is it so expensive to ship?
We try our best to price shipping to just cover our costs. Your shipping rate is calculated based on the weight of your order and the distance it must travel to get to you. We like options and we have given you the option to select the mail carrier and speed of your choice to handle your belly pleasing goodies.
What is your return policy?
Why would you ever return a KC Belle treat? We take immeasurable pride in our desserts and make sure that each one gets the love and attention it deserves. However, if there is a problem we would love to rectify it immediately. Because our goods are perishable we do NOT accept returns nor exchanges. During the summer months we ship with ice packs and cool shield bubble wrap. Once your order has been made, you will receive a tracking number. PLEASE make arrangements to get your package indoors as soon as possible. KC Belle does not require a signature and is NOT responsible for items that have been stolen. We cannot be responsible for delays in the receipt of goodies due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Wrong address?
Packages that come back to us as undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can NOT be refunded nor resent. Please make sure that you enter the correct address before completing your order. DOUBLE CHECK THE ADDRESS BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER! Our goodies are tempting for everyone not just humans. Dogs, cats, ants and all of Gods creatures LOVE KC Belle too so please don’t leave your package on the doorstep too long!
What about Refunds?
Please note that items may shift during shipping and cause items to break or move around. KC Belle is NOT responsible for what happens once your order leaves our kitchen. We do not refund for broken candy and cheesecakes that shift. Please make arrangements for someone to receive your package when it is delivered. Although we pack cheesecakes frozen with ice packs, they are not designed to sit outside for days at a time. You will be provided with a tracking number so that you know exactly when your goodness arrives at your door.
What is the shelf life?
Pralines are good on the counter for 2 weeks. I’m sure that you have heard of pralines that last longer than two weeks. Ours will last longer than two weeks as well but WHY WOULD YOU HOLD ON TO SOMETHING SO DELICIOUS LONGER THAN TWO WEEKS??? We have customers that freeze the pralines. Personally, we don’t recommend but if it works for others it may work for you as well! If you like the taste of warm pralines, pop them in the microwave for no longer than 10 seconds and enjoy!! Our cheesecake jars must be refrigerated immediately. Again, two weeks in the refrigerator or freeze. Our goodies are made fresh without all the preservatives so you must enjoy sooner rather than later.
Why is the shelf life so short?
Unlike many processed desserts, we pride ourselves on using fresh ingredients that you would find in your kitchen not a laboratory! My grandmother never baked with high fructose corn syrup and neither do I!
